The Kershaw Flatbed is your everyday companion for taking on daily tasks. The Flatbed features an American Tanto style blade that's great for piercing and slicing, and the blade is made from 8Cr13MoV blade steel that will holds an edge very well. Both the blade and handle are coated in a black-oxide BlackWash finish which hides scratches and is resistant to regular wear and tear. The glass-filled nylon handle features a steel inlay and G10 texturing to ensure a secure grip during use. A flipper device allows for easier blade deploying and an assisted opening action helps you get the blade out in a flash. The Flatbed also includes a reversible deep-carry pocket clip that makes it a great EDC knife for right and left-handed users!
