Shipping & Returns

A1 Tactical is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by FEDEX or USPS. 

ALL SALES other than firearms with factory defects are final. NO RETURNS.

Firearms will always be shipped by themselves even if your order contained more than just the firearm/s.

Firearms normally ship within 2-3 business days AFTER we receive your payment AND receive a copy of the Federal Firearms License (FFL).

To expedite the processing of your firearm order, please contact the dealer you select and have them email a copy of their FFL license to [email protected] and reference your name and order number. 

Firearm Returns:

There will be no returns on firearms for any reason other than factory defects. Once the firearm has been transferred to you from your preferred dealer we will NOT accept the item for return. Make sure you fully inspect the firearm before taking possession of it from your dealer. If there is a defect we will get the firearm sent back to us from the dealer to exchange for the same firearm ONLY. If that firearm is not in stock we will then reserve the right to backorder the firearm or reimburse you. We will not refund the amount of any transfer fee charged by your selected dealer. 

Cancelled orders-

All cancelled orders are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. If the item has already shipped then a 20% Restocking fee is applicable.
